How do I check in at Clarendon Suites?

Check-in at Clarendon Suites is fully automated! After you have made your booking (or only a few days before your reservation) you will receive an email message with instructions and access codes to the building and your room. If you still haven’t received your codes, please first check your SPAM folder. If there’s nothing there, contact us via email.

Can I check in earlier? Can I store my luggage before check in?

We cannot provide early check in, sorry! But you are welcome to leave your luggage at the Bar Rua (same address), where you can pick it up at anytime later on.

Can I leave the room later than 11am?

We do not offer late check out! Sorry. You are welcome to leave your luggage at the Bar Rua, where you can pick it up at anytime later on.

Is there any parking available?

We do not offer parking. On street public / private parking is possible around the property.

Do you have Wifi? What about TV channels?

You will find Wifi login details on an info sheet in your room. Our in room flat screen televisions have all regular Saorview Irish channels, and Netflix! If you want to watch Live sport we invite you to go to the Rua Bar below.

Do you provide Room Service?

As we are not a hotel we do not provide room service, but a member of staff will check on you every day between 11am and 3pm to restock the room with consumables. Should you have any additional requirements you can leave a note on the bedside locker or ask at the bar downstairs and every effort will be made to accommodate you.

Can I have a baby cot or an additional bed?

Unfortunately, we do not have any baby cots or additional beds available at the moment.

Is there safe box available?

There is no safe deposit box in any of our rooms.

Do you provide bathrobes?

We do not provide bathrobes but towels and nice complimentary toiletries will be waiting for you in the room.

Can I have a quiet room?

Clarendon Suites are right in Dublin city center, and above a pub called Bar Rua. It means that our rooms are not particularly quiet… Sorry!

Do you have a lift and how many stairs to my room?

Apt. 1 & 2 are on the second floor and there are a couple of sets of stairs, while Apt. 3 & 4 are on the first floor.

Can I cancel my reservation or get a refund?

All our reservations are 100% non-cancellable and no refunds will be given under any circumstances. Should you expect any changes of plans we recommend you take travel insurance.

When will my room be cleaned?

Rooms are serviced daily between 11.30-3pm based on your indication: hang the sign “Service this room” on the handle outside of your room.

Will there be an iron in my room

Yes, there is an iron and ironing board in each room. We don’t offer ironing service.

Can you organize an airport transfer?

No, we do not organize transfers. Here is some help on how to get from Dublin Airport to Clarendon Suites. To book a Taxi transfer, you can use the app FreeNow.

Can I smoke in my room?

Smoking is prohibited in all our bedrooms and all the common areas. We reserve the right to charge €100 cleaning fee for smoking within the building.
